3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under RA 10173:
- Consent: You have given explicit consent for processing your data for specified purposes.
- Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with DILG Memorandum Circular 033-2022 requirements for Katipunan ng Kabataan registration.
- Legitimate Interest: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the SK in providing youth services to the community.
4. Data Retention Period

5. Data Sharing and Recipients
Your personal data may be shared with the following entities only when required by law or with your consent:
- Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG): For KK membership reporting as mandated by MC 033-2022
- City Government of Tagum: For coordination of youth programs and services
- Commission on Audit (COA): For audit purposes related to scholar programs
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Supabase) for secure data storage
We do NOT:
- - Sell your personal data to third parties
- - Share data for marketing purposes without consent
- - Transfer data outside the Philippines without adequate protection
6. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily stored in data centers within Southeast Asia through our cloud service provider (Supabase). When data is transferred internationally, we ensure:

- - Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- - Compliance with NPC Circular 2023-06 requirements

Request Processing Time
We will respond to your request within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 60 days with prior notice.
