About Our Organization
The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Mankilam serves as the official youth council representing the interests and welfare of young people aged 15-30 in our community. Established under the Local Government Code and strengthened by various youth-related legislations, we are committed to fostering youth development and participation in local governance.
Our organization operates in full compliance with DILG Memorandum Circular 033-2022, ensuring that all youth registration and program implementation meet national standards. Through our digital platform, we have modernized access to youth services, making it easier for young people to engage with their local government and access opportunities for growth and development.
We believe in transparency, inclusivity, and youth empowerment. Every program and service we offer is designed with the goal of creating meaningful opportunities for the youth of Barangay Mankilam to learn, grow, and contribute to our community's progress.
